All New Roman Catholic Gear

All New Roman Catholic Gear

The “All New” Roman Catholic Gear goes live on December 7, 2017 (11:48 CST) – Pearl Harbor Day. The new Roman Catholic Gear is now able to offer Combat Rosaries and Spiritual Ammo Cans at greatly reduced prices (see why, below). Also, Roman Catholic Gear is dedicated to honoring the brave men and women of the military, veterans, law enforcement officers, and first responders. See the very cool new website:

Roman Catholic Gear’s Beginnings

Roman Catholic Gear grew out of my determination to inspire Catholics (particularly men) to take up, once again, all of the powerful devotions and sacramentals (spiritual weaponry) within the rich treasury of our Catholic faith, and to offer the very best Special Forces Training in Holiness.

It all began with the Combat Rosary (See my Combat Rosary story HERE). Initially, I had a handful of Combat Rosaries made for the men of my parish. They were a hit, and many more wanted them, and the word began to spread … even to the point that the Combat Rosary is now the official rosary of the Vatican’s Pontifical Swiss Guard (Read HERE). Once the demand spread beyond my parish, my sister and her husband, and my brother, kindly, ended up taking on this small business to meet the incredible demand for the Combat Rosaries. Since then, I have, also, encouraged other devotions and sacramentals, like the brown scapular and the scapular medal.

Roman Catholic Gear’s Objectives

From the beginning, I have desired three objectives for Roman Catholic Gear:

  • Inspire the spread of Catholic devotions and sacramentals – particularly, the rosary – and assist all of us to become mighty warriors who are “Strong in the Lord and in His mighty power” (Eph. 6:10).
  • Proceeds from the sales to help fund and support Catholic causes.
  • Provide an extra income source, primarily, for families open to life and trying to make ends meet. We have been able to have these families earn income by helping with such things as assembly of our products from their homes (when a house full of children makes it difficult to work outside the home).

Reduced Prices

Up to now, we have been sharing our revenue with a nice company who would handle such things as the storage and fulfillment of our products. My family, enthusiastically, decided they could take this on themselves and, therefore, afford more revenue that can be used to help fund and support Catholic causes. Fighting the devil, sometimes, requires a monetary sacrifice.

Also, without this revenue sharing with the other company, along with increased demand – particularly with Combat Rosaries and Spiritual Ammo Cans – we are able to significantly reduce the prices on these. Knowing this made me very happy, as it means many more may be inspired by such things as the Combat Rosary, to embrace the rosary as a daily devotion.

Combat Rosaries – Formerly $39.99, $34.99 … Now $24.99

Spiritual Ammo Cans – Formerly $89.99 … Now $69.99

New Website

We hope you enjoy the very cool new website ( that my brother and brother-in-law put together themselves (with little to no website experience). I love it!

Brief Delay During Move

All of the inventory is being shipped on December 7 from Pennsylvania to the new home base in Wisconsin. While Roman Catholic Gear will continue to take orders, fulfillment will resume on December 13. Thanks for your patience with this brief delay, while RCG sets up shop in their new Wisconsin home base.

Combat Rosaries for Heroes

Finally, we are very excited about honoring the brave men and women of the military, veterans, law enforcement officers, and first responders. As you may have deduced from all of my writings, I have a special admiration for those who put their lives on the line to serve and protect our country. We wanted to do something nice to honor them, so we are gifting a Combat Rosary, touched to a Relic of the True Cross of Christ, to one of these heroes every day in 2018. You can read more about it HERE.

December 7 – Pearl Harbor Day

We were hoping and praying it would work out that we could launch the “New” Roman Catholic Gear, and this “Combat Rosaries for Heroes” Campaign on December 7, which is Pearl Harbor Day. December 7, 1941 was a day that “will live in infamy,” as a nation of heroes rose up to defend God and country.
